Lankan stickers for Asian championships

The Sri Lankan hockey team will take part in the 7th Asian Hockey Championships to be held in Chennai from September 1-9.

The 21-member side led by T.M.P.P. Abeyratne with five officials leaves for Chennai on August 28.

Sri Lanka are in Group ‘B’ with India, Korea, China, Bangladesh and Thailand.
