Having established an all time record price for different grades in the Western Medium category in the year 2006, Kenilworth Estate managed by Watawala Plantations Ltd. has once again equaled an all time record price set by the same estate for a BOPSp grade of Rs 540/- at the public tea auctions held on August 29, 2007. This estate has also established an all time record price of Rs 550/- for a BOP1 grade so far, for this year.
