Over
1000 participants expected at Eagles latest CSR endeavour
for teachers of specially-abled children
Eagle will be conducting its inaugural Samana Workshop at BMICH
on the 31st of October. Over 1000 participants are expected to participate
in this full-day programme. This inaugural workshop will be followed
by a series of regional workshops which will be more focused and
interactive. The core objective of Eagle Samana is to enhance the
knowledge of teachers who work with disabled children, through a
series of regular region-wide workshops and training modules featuring
recognised resource persons in the field of special education.
This CSR initiative was implemented after the company identified
the prevalent need to enhance the competencies of educators of differently-abled
children. This new CSR project to improve the quality of life of
these children has been aptly named Eagle Samana and
its single minded focus is to make the differently-abled, equally-abled,
