A fancy Lunch Deal for the busy Executive at Trans Asia

With the month of November setting the mood for the upcoming festive season, it seems like it might be the ideal time to get together with work mates or friends and treat yourselves to a special lunch.

Otherwise, come December, it gets far too hectic, with social obligations, and doing this sort of fellowship may seem like an impossibility! A very exciting lunch menu has been created by the chefs at both the Thai and Indian restaurants at the Trans Asia Hotel.

“It’s not just a quick lunch but a meal that has all the popular dishes included in the set menu. For just Rs.865 plus taxes per person, you get a choice of four menus at the Royal Thai and the Saffron,” a spokesperson for Trans Asia said.

“It’s not as if the Trans Asia is telling you what to eat, but you now have the option of making many choices from these carefully selected menus. From four menus, therefore, there has to be something for everyone,” she added.

“At the Royal Thai, the delicious spicy soups are up for grabs, together with a choice of Green curry chicken or Wok fried seafood, Wok fried sliced beef, steamed garoupa, sweet and sour bean curd, spicy curry of lagoon crab, and plenty of vegetarian dishes which have also been included. There are many more dishes too,” the spokesperson said.

While the Saffron Restaurant with their choice of four menus offers crispy pakoras as a starter, or better still a shammi kebab, there’s dhal palak shorba, jeera pilau, or Angan bari Biriyani, paratha and butter naan, seafish begam bahar, the popular palak paneer, Murgh makhani, aloo ghobi and delicious desserts like Kulfi, gulab jamun, gagar halwa, and fruit salad.
