Asian Alliance Insurance rewards Sales Force with Bangkok tour


Asian Alliance Insurance staff members are continuously exposed to the developments in the field of insurance and allied disciplines, which are believed to be motivating whilst enhancing their professionalism. A clear, progressive career path based on capability and performance is planned out for all levels of the staff and every employee as Asian Alliance understands the high levels of professionalism expected from them.

42 staff including 2 regional management members was sent to Bangkok for 3 nights/4 days (13th – 16th March, 2008). They were qualified as the Top Performers in the 3rd quarter new business competition 2007 which included high benchmarks such as, business volume, customer retention and customer value. These achievements, both quantitative and qualitative, are far above the industry standards.

The competition is held with the objective of recognising and rewarding the excellence of the sales force. AAI realise and respect the fact that each and every individual is Unique.
