company has long been the franchisee for a well known international
sports brand.

Consulting was called upon to develop a pitch strategy for Hameedia
for the Franchise Renewal of its leading international sports brand.
Keeping in mind the brands Vision for Asia, MTI Consulting
developed a strategic pitch that was aligned to Vision Asia. The
successful pitch strategy resulted in Hameedia acquiring a further
extension of Franchisee for the brand.
