Trevor Baine, Executive Chef of Hotel Topaz, who is
also the President of the Kandy Region Chefs Guild,
has dished out a delicious recipe, which is one of the
favourite recipes among the local as well as foreign
guests.
According to him, this dish has a lot of nutritional
values. 260 calories, 11.6 grams fat, (out of which
5.9.grams is saturated), 30.4 grams carbohydrate, 10.6.grams
proteins and 1.0 grams fiber. This is an ideal
meal, especially for breakfast.

Trevor, who started his career at the Hotel Ceylon Intercontinental,
Colombo has worked in many star hotels in Sri Lanka
and overseas, as well as in a luxury cruise liner based
in Miami, Flordia, U.S.A. These experiences has given
him the exposure to interact with clients and discuss
their likes and dislikes and also understand their requirements,
as well as to adjust the menu according to the requirements
of various guests patronising the hotel.
