Suntel
opens re-designed centre in Nugegoda
Suntel Ltd., the pioneer of CDMA technology in Sri Lanka,
re-opened its newly re-designed centre in Nugegoda.
It is the first Suntel Service Centre that has undergone an
extensive refurbishment program, with other Suntel centres
around the island set to follow within the year.
This centres output is not limited to its plush appearance;
Suntel staff has committed themselves to maintaining the highest
standards in service in line with the No. 1 in service
campaign. For customers with a busy schedule who require
continuous connectivity, the service centre is equipped with
Free access to Internet to walk in customers and a WiFi zone,
a landmark in service excellence and convenience.

and guests at the opening ceremony said We launched
the No. 1 in service campaign early this year reiterating
our position as a company at the very top of its game in terms

being answered within 3 rings, fault repair in 24 hours and
much more.
