Suntel
opens re-designed centre in Nugegoda
Suntel Ltd., the pioneer of CDMA technology in Sri Lanka,
re-opened its newly re-designed centre in Nugegoda.
It is the first Suntel Service Centre that has undergone an
extensive refurbishment program, with other Suntel centres
around the island set to follow within the year.
This centre’s output is not limited to its plush appearance;
Suntel staff has committed themselves to maintaining the highest
standards in service in line with the ‘No. 1 in service
campaign’. For customers with a busy schedule who require
continuous connectivity, the service centre is equipped with
Free access to Internet to walk in customers and a WiFi zone,
a landmark in service excellence and convenience.
Suntel Managing Director Jeremy Huxtable addressing dignitaries
and guests at the opening ceremony said “We launched
the No. 1 in service campaign early this year reiterating
our position as a company at the very top of its game in terms
of our absolute dedication to excellence in customer care,
making the company’s focus totally on serving customers
better.” He also went to say that the credo that ‘Customer
is the king’ is one that has been continuously instilled
in the organisation and with the support of all has been successful
in implementing various strategies to support it.
Suntel launched the No. 1 in service campaign based on the
unparalleled excellence of the company’s service delivery
in terms of numerous benefits including calls on the hotline
being answered within 3 rings, fault repair in 24 hours and
much more.
