P.
P. K. R. Weerasekara, Executive Sous Chef at Amaya Hills,
started his career in the hospitality trade as a trainee
cook in Cinnamon Grand in 1982. He has a lot of experience
on Culinary Art and Food Hygiene due to his experience
in Sri Lanka, as well as
overseas;
a training in Meat Processing Technology in Germany,
being one of them.
He has dished out one of his favourite recipes. According
to him, the nutrition value of the dish is as follows;
One portion provides - 230 Calories, 21.0 grams fat
of which 3.2 grams are saturated, 0.6 grams carbohydrate,
9.6 grams protein and 0.3 grams fibre.
