Chef Nalinda Abeyratne of Hotel Ceylon Continental has given us tips to prepare a delicious cocktail, which is a favourite among the guests. This innovative dish by Nalin has won many accolades from local, as well as foreign guests.

Nalin who has a vast experience in the culinary trade, having worked in many leading hotels, in Sri Lanka, as well as abroad, including Wairakei Resort, Taupo, New Zealand, Eden Park Hotel Melbourne – Australia and Radison SAS Hotel, Dubai. He has won many awards for his culinary skills; Chef Patisserie of the Year, New Zealand, 1999, Silver Medal for Gateau, Culinary Fare, New Zealand, 1999 and many other awards.
