Nalin who has a vast experience in the culinary trade,
having worked in many leading hotels, in Sri Lanka,

New Zealand, Eden Park Hotel Melbourne Australia
and Radison SAS Hotel, Dubai. He has won many awards
for his culinary skills; Chef Patisserie of the Year,
New Zealand, 1999, Silver Medal for Gateau, Culinary
Fare, New Zealand, 1999 and many other awards.
