Teas signs up MTI for Strategic Business & Operational
Audit
Imperial
Tea Exports, one of the largest tea exporters in Sri Lanka,
have hired the services of MTI Consulting, an international
strategy consulting firm, to conduct a Strategic Business
and Operations Audit.
Imperial Tea Exports, which concluded a restructuring initiative
with MTI in 2006, have called upon the consulting firm for
an audit of their current business processes and operations.
The unprecedented growth of the company has brought about
a requirement to update their current systems and business
processes. MTI’s Strategic Business and Operations Audit
tool will be applied to this project to capture and minimise
organisational risks, whilst streamlining processes.
