Light up your year by coming to the Trans Asia hotel and enjoying what Indian Chef Rana at the Saffron Restaurant has prepared for you! Keeping in mind those who wish to remain vegetarian after visiting the Temple, Chef Rana has taken time and pride to create some menus that could be enjoyed over this festive period. Three different ‘Thalis’ are all yours to enjoy. The first two are totally vegetarian, and one comprises a fried lentil soup, with cottage cheese pakoras, Kabuli Pilau which is Basmathi rice with dried fruits and peas, potato with cumin, white lentil with Indian spices, butter parata and pinstaji kheer which is rice cooked in milk and pistachios, or Rasmalai all put together in one banana leaf lined thali.
