Re-launch of Fine Food
The
Hilton Colombo Residence invited the media to lunch
recently at the re-launch of ‘The UBGA La Carte
Menu.’ General Manager Manesh Fernando greeted
the invitees, along with exotic and ebullient Lakmini
Raymond, who is the Sales Manager, Joanna Adams, the
Communications, Marketing and PR Manager, Restaurant
Manager Sampath Gihan Perera and Chef Prem Kumar.
Lakmini wore a florally printed top with white flowers
on a black background, while Joanna looked cute in a
white baby doll dress, which flowed in soft gathers
from a higher than empire waist.
The lunch served was nothing short of a gourmet’s
delight, and included a Roasted Vegetable Salad, with
Seared Tasmanian Salmon on Pesto Risotto and Red Pepper
Essenode as an option for the main course to Pan Fried
Chicken with Chilly Beans and Fennel and Pancella and
Pan Jus. There was also a choice of desert and of course
wine to complement the meal, if the guests so desired.
