in the island nation.
A resolution to this effect was adopted at a meeting of leaders
of legislative parties at the secretariat here today, chaired
by the Chief Minister. The meeting was attended among others,

from all political parties from Tamil Nadu would meet the
Prime Minister on November 28 to reiterate their demand.
The resolution also urged the Centre to warn the Sri Lankan

The meeting said people of the state were aware that the Union
Government was trying its level best to take steps to stop
the war, but have to speed up the matter in this regard.
