Suntel sponsors Info Tech Night 2008!

Suntel Ltd, the most sought after telecommunications provider was the main sponsor for Info Tech Night 2008; a mega event organized by the Information Technology Professional Association in Katunayake Export Processing Zone (ITPA-KEPZ), held on the 14th of November at the Airport Garden Hotel and was the first of its kind to target the IT fraternity.

ITPA-KEPZ is established & recognized as a professional IT & IS membership organization to strengthen the role of IT within the FTZ industries & neighboring companies outside the Katunayake Export Processing Zone. The main focus of the ITPA is delivering & sharing of resources, information & knowledge that advance IT across the industries as a science & a profession; enabling professional development & promoting the business through the best usage of IT practices with the key word of “Sharing the ICT vision for Industrial Success” that benefit for commercial, business & the society.

Jeremy Huxtable, Managing Director for Suntel shared his thoughts on the sponsorship by saying “It is an honor for Suntel to be the sponsor for such an event organized by the ITPA-KEPZ. Since this is the first time that an event of this nature is taking place for the IT sector, it will no doubt be a significant night for all.
