Amidst
mounting challenges for Sri Lanka, Asia and the rest of
the world following the global financial crisis, Asian
Development Bank Vice President Xiaoyu Zhao yesterday
called on President Mahinda Rajapaksa during an official
visit. ADB’s SARD Director General Kunio Senga, Advisor
Nianshan Zhang, Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga
and Treasury Secretary Sumith Abesinghe were also present
