In-house deal within Acme

Acme Packaging Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Acme Printing and Packaging PLC recently resolved that 2,285,714 ordinary shares be allotted to Acme Printing and Packaging PLC at Rs. 14/= per share for a total consideration of Rs. 32 million.

This amount is the cost over-run of the project at Pannala financed by Acme Printing and Packaging PLC.

In the opinion of the Board the deal “is fair and reasonable” to the company and to all existing shareholders.
