Max New York Life Insurance, one of Indias

third consecutive time and on this occasion with a large
contingent of over 650 delegates attending a conference
under the theme Leaders for Life 09
This was a successful event organised through the joint
effort of the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, SriLankan

Corporates, in keeping with the vision of Tourism Minister
Milinda Moragoda to promote Sri Lanka to the Indian
market. In fact, Minister Moragoda recently completed
a successful tourism promotion effort in Gujarat.

smoothly and the feedback from the delegates has been
outstanding. In addition to the flawless service offered
by the people involved in organising the event, we also
enjoyed the natural environment, the rich culture &
heritage and the beautiful accommodation that Sri Lanka
offers. It was a wonderful experience & we look
forward for an opportunity to visit Sri Lanka again.

arranged the venue for the evening. Sri Lanka
Convention Bureau presented a traditional and improvised
dance recital from the Budhawatte Troupe.
The delegates had a days excursion at Bentota
Beach Hotel. Walker Tours took the responsibility
of transporting the delegates throughout their stay
in Sri Lanka.
Since their first visit, Max Life has been immensely
satisfied with Sri Lankan hospitality which triggered
the following two visits. SLCB extends its gratitude to
the Deputy Minister Faiszer Mustapha for his prompt
action to arrange security when the organisers expressed
concern. Their perceptions had changed when the contingent
was departing after seeing the real ground situation.
Sri Lanka Tourism is also thankful to Mach Conferences

his untiring efforts to make this event a success. His
ability to plan well ahead of time with partners
