Special
fares to Australia and New Zealand from Emirates
Travellers out of Colombo to five destinations in Australia
and New Zealand can now enjoy the award-winning services
of Emirates airlines for less, following the announcement
of attractive special fares to these destinations by
the Dubai based international airline.
The destinations covered by these special fares which
are valid till 31st March 2009, are Melbourne, Brisbane,
Perth, Auckland and Christchurch.
Accordingly, an Economy Class return ticket to Melbourne
and Brisbane will cost Rs. 84,200 while a one-way ticket
is offered at Rs.51,300. An Economy Class return ticket
to Perth is offered at Rs.79,100 and a one-way ticket
at Rs.48,000.
An Economy Class return ticket to Auckland or Christchurch
is available at Rs.119,000 and a one-way ticket at Rs.78,000
for the duration of the promotion.
Australia and New Zealand are popular destinations
for travellers out of Sri Lanka, for studies, employment
as well as for visiting relatives and friends,
Emirates Sales Manager Devika Ellepola said. These
value-for-money offers will provide timely savings for
those planning to travel to these countries.
Ms. Ellepola said all travel on these special fares

To avail of these attractive offers which are valid
for a maximum stay of three months, all sectors of travel
should take place on Emirates operated flights and reservations
and ticketing must be completed by 31st March 2009.
