Make a date with strudels at Trans Asia Hotel

Goodies, the chic patisserie of Trans Asia hotel, has come out with yet another unique promotion for its patrons. Strudel, a favourite European delight will be available in sensational varieties from June 1-30 to delight your taste buds.
Grab an Apple strudel, which is one of the most popular kind of strudels around, prepared with cubes of fresh apple cooked in butter and sugar with a pinch of cinnamon, raisins, chopped cashew nuts and a few drops of lemon for flavor and folded with white cake crumbs and bound with strudel dough. It will be served with vanilla custard sauce indeed a delicious mouthful! The sweet range will also include pineapple strudel, peach as well as pear strudel.
For the savoury strudel lovers, chili chicken, fish and potato and mixed vegetable is on the menu, and the latter is Pastry Chef Wije’s innovation.
Even though the hotel is currently closed for refurbishment, Goodies is open for customers at normal hours from 8am to 8pm daily and beckons a rare treat!
