Red, yellow and green, no I’m not talking about the Rasta movement or the National Flag of Ghana, nor am I talking about traffic lights although you may want to get ready and ‘GO’ to the restaurant once I’m done. I’m referring to the three primary colours of Thai cuisine which represents all its diversity and flavour and brings a taste of a country as unique and as vibrant as the cuisine itself.
