MCA ‘F’ Division semi-finals

New comers, Eser Marketing , along with unbeaten, Commercial Leasing and McCallum Cargo and Union Assurance advanced to the semi-finals, of the MCA President’s Cup , MCA Division “F” 30 overs League Tournament, continued last weekend.
Eser Marketing, making their debut in Mercantile Cricket, scored a convincing 5 wickets win over Mobitel in the first quarter-final. Commercial Leasing brushed aside DPMC “B” to win handsomely by 7 wickets in the 2nd quarter-final.
As expected, McCallum Cargo walked through Singer Sri Lanka “B” by 88 runs in the 3rd Quarter-final. The last quarter-final ended in an absolute thriller when Union Assurance eliminated the unbeaten Mercantile Investments by 5 wickets with the match going down to the wire.
The semi-finals will be worked out this weekend, June 13th and 14th at the MCA grounds, Eser Marketing confronting Commercial Leasing on Saturday and McCallum Cargo locking horns with Union Assurance on Sunday.
