Eureka chosen as first offshore
outsourcing partner by UK Law firm

Hodders Solicitors, a leading UK law firm, has selected the Sri Lankan company, Eureka Technology Partners, to manage their IT infrastructure and accounting. This is the first time the London-based firm has used a offshore outsourcing partner.
Hodders Solicitors were initially reluctant to use an offshore partner because of concerns regarding the level of service provided. But the transition thus far has been nothing short of seamless according to the firm’s Financial Controller, Geeves Silva.

Hodders Solicitors was especially impressed with Eureka’s capacity to perform IT management at the ISO 20000 standard, using the ITIL system of best practices, and its familiarity with the UK Solicitor’s Accounting Standards.

Hodders Solicitors said spends on IT management and accounting would initially reduce by as much 30% and would eventually come down to 40% over a 3 year period.
