The Bottom Line’s Wasantha wins
Best Cartoonist award

The Bottomline and The Nation cartoonist Wasantha Siriwardena won the best Cartoonist award at the Editors Guild 2008 Awards Night held at the Mount Lavinia Hotel last night. He has also won this award previously in years 2001 and 2004.
Two other journalists from our sister newspaper The Nation, Randima Attygalle and Nimashi Fernando also won awards for the Best Feature writer and Environmental Journalist of the year respectively yesterday.
