Seylan directors buy shares

Several newly appointed directors of Seylan Bank have applied for and have been allotted shares of the Company following the recent public issuance of ordinary shares.
The concerned directors and the respective allotment are as follows: E.Narangoda - 24,300; R.Nadarajah - 28,900;.P.L.P.Withana - 23,121; N.M.Jayamanne - 3,000 andF.N.Goonewardena - 48,000.
