Asiri Hospitals subdivides shares

The Board of Directors of Asiri Hospitals PLC at a meeting held last week had resolved to recommend to the shareholders of the company to subdivide each existing ordinary share of the company to 10 ordinary shares.
The total number of ordinary shares currently in issue is 88,926,305 while at the conclusion of the subdivision it would amount to 889,263,050 ordinary shares. The subdivision will not result in an increase in the stated capital of the company.
The increase of ordinary shares by way of a subdivision is subject to shareholders approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting by way of a Special Resolution.
