Hikka fest report yet to be submitted to CID

The CID yesterday told court that the official report on the controversial Hikka fest photographs is yet to be presented to them.
When the four suspects charged with publishing doctored photographs of the Hikka fest were presented before Colombo Magistrate Nishantha Hapuarachchi the CID unit that was conducting investigations into the incident told court that they could not present evidence since the experts report that was commissioned had not yet arrived.

Thereafter the case was scheduled for January 24 A.D
