UNP rebels propose Sajith for Presidency

The UNP rebel group yesterday demanded that the Party should field Sajith Premadasa as its Presidential candidate at the forthcoming Presidential election, as he is the only ‘man-of-the-people,’ now that former National Organiser S.B. Dissanayaka is no longer with the Party.
