Fiesta at Cinnamon Grand

This February, the Cinnamon Grand brings you a truly unforgettable feast with the first ever International Vegetarian Fiesta! From February 26 to 28 indulge in a range of international vegetarian fare composed of salads, soups, pizzas, risottos, lasagna and lots more, all prepared in different methods. This one of a kind feast will be held at the Atrium Lobby from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Sixty dishes highlight this incredible vegetarian banquet comprising signature vegetarian dishes from Cinnamon Grand restaurants including Fusion, Italian, Indian, Continental and Asian corners. Customers are encouraged to select their favourite dishes or select dishes from their preferred restaurants. All this and more for just Rs. 1000/-+++!
Echo offers a collection of salad, soup, pasta, risotto and pizza with dishes ranging from mixed garden salad with tomato, olive and parmesan, baked layered eggplant with tomato, basil, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and vegetable lasagna to penne pasta with spicy tomato sauce, pizza with tomato, mozzarella and basil and lots more.
Tao brings you a collection of starters and mains including combination platter, spicy tofu and young corn salad, crispy iceberg with herb oil dressing and crispy fried Asian vegetables with sweet and sour sauce and steamed rice. Greek salad, nachos, macaroni and cheese and vegetable lasagna highlight the Cheers Pub selection.
Taprobane’s continental cuisine includes creamy tomato and ginger soup, vegetable spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, apple and walnut salad with maple dressing, Chinese noodles with shredded vegetables and cadju and pea curry among lots more.
Lagoon’s action stations comprise live sizzling kang kung, herb marinated grilled vegetables, Thai vegetarian noodles and garlic rice.
Vegetarian dishes from the four South Indian states offered include spicy batter fried cauliflower florets, mangalore spiced mixed vegetable fried dumplings, traditional south Indian curry with fenugreek and onion, red onions cooked with garlic, mustard and tamarind, brinjal cooked with hot and spicy masala and deep fried chilli marinated potato, cooked with ginger, garlic and curry leaves. The dessert selection includes a range of mouthwatering delicacies in Indian, Italian, Fusion, Continental and Sri Lankan flavours.
