CBSL probes into NGO funds

A probe is underway, spearheaded by the country’s banking watchdog – the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), into funds worth over several billions of rupees that have been remitted for local Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) during the past six months, top banking sources revealed.
